Northwest Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine is the only independent pediatrics and adolescent medicine clinic in the Columbia Gorge, providing full service medical care to your child or children ages 0-21. We provide urgent care on call for pediatric and adolescent patients 7 days a week until 10 pm. Weekends and after hours, call 541.386.2300 and leave a message until 10 pm. You'll receive a call from a provider at the clinic generally within an hour. If your child is having an acute crisis in breathing, a large laceration, or requires immediate lifesaving care, call 911. If your child has an office level concern, please contact us for assistance. We prefer to see sick children the same day whenever possible. We do accept Oregon and Washington Medicaid, however note that they may require you to designate us as your child's doctor up to a month ahead of time, so please contact them before scheduling.
