In business for more than 100 years, Susannah Wesley Community Center operates as a multiservice community and social service center. Located in Honolulu, Hawaii, the center offers a suite of youth and adult services. It also provides a range of care coordination services, such as outreach, screening, assessment and supportive counseling. The community center caters to the need of youths, families, senior citizens and immigrants. Susannah Wesley Community Center has accreditation with the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children Inc. (COA).
