Established in 1985, First Hawaii Title currently provides title and escrow services from its nine branches conveniently located throughout our Hawaiian islands. Founded by Thomas W. Sullivan Sr., the company opened for business with one branch in Honolulu and six employees. Today, First Hawaii services the entire State of Hawaii employing more than 100 persons in its nine offices. The main branch is located in Honolulu. First Hawaii also two other branches on Oahu located in Kahala and Aiea. The neighbor islands are represented with branch offices in Kahului, Kihei and Lahaina on Maui, in Princeville on Kauai and in Kona and Kamuela on the big island.
