Always something wrong with the drive-thru window. Almost always gets the size and drink flavor wrong. Window person always seems to be a speed talker. When asked if order on the drive-thru screen is correct, they don't wait for it to show up on the screen and starts repeating your order to you as if you're a child that can't read well. Kapahulu Jack in the Box will not get my business anymore.
