Don't go here if you NEED a scooter, want to talk to polite people, and expect timely service. You won't get it.

We have been trying to get a scooter for my in-law for over a year and a half. They have been dragging their feet, requesting paperwork which was already turned in, saying Medicare probably won't pay, etc., but never providing an actual rejection letter. Numerous phone calls always result in the rep "in a meeting" not able to take the call, and then rarely, if ever, calls back. If there is a call-back, there is always a problem--someone's on vacation, they don't have anything back from MCare, they don't have a form needed for the patient to sign saying he will pay for it himself if not approved (you'd think that would be a standard form in their office, since they say MCare rarely approves anything), and each call ending with "it's already ordered and should be in within 2-3 weeks." In this 1-1/2 years, his mobility has deteriorated considerably. We've had it. Reporting them to state consumer protection and to Medicare.
