We are H-1 Construction, a Hawaii home builder. We are one of the few local, family-owned, and operated home builders on Oahu, proudly serving most of the Hawaiian islands including Oahu, Maui, Lanai, Kauai Molokai, and Hawaii Island (Big Island). We take pride in our work and the relationships we have fostered over the years. With over 30 years of contracting and Hawaii custom home building experience, we have worked on projects ranging from custom new homes in Hawaii to extensive home renovations and additions, luxury homes, beachfront properties, and even commercial tenant spaces.
