I have the same complaint as below. Poorest healthcare i have ever received. Avoid this facility iff possible

I would give Highland Physicians ZERO stars. They do not truly care about their patients well being in the slightest or didn't learn well enough in medical school to be able to provide TRUE care. I had been sick for almost 2 years solid. Doctor visit after doctor visit, this drug that drug. They NEVER once listened to what I was saying and immediately assumed every illness I came in with was due to the fact that I smoked. Does that help, obviously not, I will admit that. But, would did they care for me and try to find out what was going on, what was making me sick, and how I could live a better life, absolutely not. As it turns out I needed 3 specialists (no referrals from them), surgery and a lot of medicines every day, pill, inhaled, nebulizer and an implant to give me relief. These doctors should be ashamed of themselves! Stop blaming every illness on the patient because they might not live the lifestyle you want and start treating the symptoms they have! Maybe then you would make a difference to some of your patients and people would stop running out of Honesdale to get to REAL doctors who will help them!
