We have been customers of C&W fuels since 2010. We have a motorhome at the Escapee's RV park in D'Hanis, TX. However, this winter, 2014/15 the service has been abysmal. They were supposed to deliver to our park Feb 18th - and here it is Mar 4th and we still have NO propane. We have been conserving, however, there are people in this park who have had NO heat for the past 10 days. The first excuse was that the truck broke down. Then the 'driver' got ill. When we called C&W the lady was rude and refused to answer our question about when we could expect fuel. One lady in the park called another fuel company, had them lined up to come out, they called her back and said they got a call from C&W that they were not to come out, that they had this covered. I think there should be a law against this!!!
