Statement of Incident

On 11/30/2018 I took my car to In & Out Express Lube on 8494 W Grover Cleveland Blvd in Homosassa, Fl 34446. During oil change the man in the pit asked for the oil filter # as he could not read the number on the old filter. The man under the hood continued with oil change. About fives minutes later the man under the hood asked the man below do you need that filter # and he answered no I got one on. I paid $ 40.58 for the oil change and went on my way. Less than 1 mile down route 19 the car died. I could not get it restarted. I called triple A and they towed me to Village Cadillac Toyota. Village Cadillac Toyota told me that the engined seized as their was no oil in the engine and no filter on the engine. My wife picked me up at the dealership on her way home from work. I went back to In & Out Express in Homosassa that afternoon and Steve the employee told me that his brother owned the shop & he would take care of it. Steve gave me his phone # as he said he owned 3 stores. I called Jim Malak and talked to him, he said because I did not have the vehicle towed to him he was not responsible. My return calls have been blocked.
Village Cadillac Toyota has provided a statement as to what called the engine to seize . cost of repair $4064.26

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This establishment will lie, cheat, steal and charge you for services that were not performed on your car. They will deliberately lie to you!!!! They are RUDE and do not care about customer service. All they care about is ripping innocent people off. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haven't gone back since they overinflated my tires on one side of my car.The other side was normal . It was weird driving on an angle.
