The Owner, Dave, is extremely understanding to each client's particular situation, when it comes to repairs on their bike(s), but also in my case, when it came to paying for my repairs. He had my electric ezip bike by Currie all fixed up by the date he said it would be ready, no problems. I had some trouble accessing my funds to pay him right away, because they were locked up with my bank for verification, and he was more than understanding with me about the situation. Since I had no way of getting the money from the bank, once it did become available, Dave was even so kind as to take me to my bank on a Friday afternoon, and even sat in his truck for nearly an hour or more, while I waited to get access to the funds from my banker. He's a great guy in my opinion. Really cares about his clients, and goes above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy his clients 100% when it comes to us and our precious bikes! He did a great job on my bike. There was only 1 small glitch, which he is going to come by and fix today free of charge, along with another job I have for him to work on on my bike, which he's being extremely reasonable about the price. Great guy, competitive prices, dependable, honest, caring, and really knows what he's doing when it comes to bike repairs! 5 stars all the way for Dave! I'll be using him for as long as I live down here and own a bike! VERY TRUSTWORTHY down to earth, and not at all by ANY MEANS a "scammer" in my eyes! Most places would make you pay a portion of the repair cost upfront before he even takes the bike to fix it, but Dave was NOT at all looking to do bad business with me! Everything he promised, he delivered. If you need your bike(s) fixed or tuned up I highly recommend Dave, Cycle Wizard! 5 Stars... He earned them!
