Part 2: The pt then told me to call her transportation that had just dropped her to let her know so they would come back for her, I then proceeded to call her transportation and explained the situation thoroughly, as i explained, her driver then told me that she was already 10 minutes away which in fact had just left the pt less than 5 minutes before, I then asked her if she would please turn around and pick up the elderly pt so she wouldn't be sitting waiting for hours(like they normally make pts wait, because it has happened many times before) and she proceeded to tell me that she would not turn around and the pt would have to wait, I then told her ok and hung up. I called Celebrity Rehab Medical center and spoke to the 'Receptionist' who told me i could speak to her about the situation and give any complaints to resolve the situation

I have been in CR twice in the last month and I can honestly say Ive had a pleasant experience. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I absolutely love the Doctor and his nurses. He found what was bothering me and gave me meds for it which cured me. I recommend this Center to all my friends and neighbors. You are treated like a Celebrity for sure.

I agree with the comment below but the doctors are hardly ever their, you can be extremely ill and absolutely nobody will be there to conduct at the least a physical. I was not satisfied at all! They kept cancelling my appointments and when i would finally get the opportunity to meet with the doctor they would prescribe me over the counter medicine.

It's a beautiful facility, the staff is super nice and the therapists are great.

They treat their patients extremely well.
