This is the BEST tire company! They are FAST, PROFESSIONAL, KNOW THEIR TIRES. They told me I had the wrong size tires on my truck. They were RIGHT, what a difference it made. They have been in business over fifty years and this is Why! BOB M. LONGMEADOW.

Worst place to ever get a tire, called ahead of time to make sure they had the tire. They had the tire so I told them I'm coming now to pick it up they said ok. I got there and they act like I didn't just talk to them on the phone, long story short I sat there for a hour and a half to just get one tire and never got it cuz I would of had to wait longer, if u don't have 2 hours to spare to get just one tire then this is not the place for you

EXCELLENT SERVICE! No push to get one to but an tire they don't need. Honest, polite and very friendly and the prices are better than TOWN FAIR when one considers the BS one might hear at Town Fair in Chicopee. No odd names either like "Gimmedough" or "Youasuckha" like Town Fair. PLUS, ... YOU DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO THE STALL, and keep the keys! Very honest, professional and polite. Won't give you a line of BS about a 'Johnson Rod' or a 'bad tie-rod' and then tell you they can't do this or that unless you come back, but charge your card anyway, then loose track of your purchase and won't do it unless you pay more, like the Town Fair in Chicopee (and from reading thier reviews on line, ... this happens at most of them). The friendly guys (older too, who know what their doing) won't push you into a tire because they get a kick-back to push it, or "these are the only two I've got in your size" even if the tire is a common size. I went into Ruckie's needing two tires and was treated honestly, and like I had a brain, and I knew the cost up front before anything was even written up, ... by a pen! No frills, no pressure, ... just a very friendly, polite family group trying to do what's right. After my experiences (over the past 10 years) at Town Fair, ... with BS, ... double talk and odd tire names, ... and crap for a tire (like MILESTAR) ... I'm glad I found Ruckie's Tire in Holyoke, Mass. Check it out, it's worth the extra time to find them. Read the reviews on any publc web page ... they've got it hands down!
