Mount Tom Center for Mental Health and Recovery is a community based licensed outpatient mental health and substance abuse program providing on-site and outreach services to the community. Master and Doctoral level staffs provide services in the following areas: child and adolescent, adult, developmentally delayed/mental health, substance abuse and dual diagnosis (SA/MI). A medical team comprised of psychiatrists and clinical nurse specialist supports these services.
