very sweet and caring staff

Really, you must be mistaken on the nursing home name. Loomis on Jarvis Avenue in Holyoke is awesome. My grandmother was there last year and we loved it. It came highly regarded by friends of ours whose grandparents were both there at one time. Many staff members have been there for over 15 years. We were very lucky to get my grandma in there.

Im there one day to visit my grandpa and there are familar staff, but a week later those staff don't work there anymore. If the staff doesn't like it there why would my grandpa like it there. There are always call lights going for long periods of time. It smelled like urine.
