My wife and I came into Holyoke store and spoke to Ethan about a bad experience we had with the East Windsor Ct Cricket Wireless Store. I had recently purchased a new Android cellular phone along with a new case. My wife and I have been Cricket Wireless customers for years. My case broke within the first few weeks I had it. I went to East Windsor store where twice I spoke to personnel in store, including the manager. They had no responsibility for case as it was a "3rd party vendor". They said the solution was for me to buy a new case from them. Customer loyalty meant nothing. Ethan, the manager in the Holyoke store saved the day for us. He did not know us but simply removed the defective case, and gave us a new case. We were so fortunate to meet Ethan as he saved Cricket from losing us to another cell phone carrier, More Cricket managers should be like Ethan, a true asset to your company. Kudos to him.
