I have had an amazing experience with this company recently and I would like to let everyone know! I initially went to Holton Carpet Outlet, as well as many other flooring stores, to get a bid to change out the carpet in my livingroom and Hallway. Upon checking prices at other stores I was surprised to find out that carpet prices were much more than I could remember them being in the past and when asking questions about the carpet weights, fiber content and wear rating I received little to no useful information. I had almost given up when I decided to take a drive up to Holton Carpet Outlet, and I am so glad I did! The Sales Manager was so friendly and helpful, and I could not find a single question she did not have an answer for. I was quite amazed when she wrote up an estimate, for me for the exact same carpets I had been looking at in the other stores, and it was almost HALF THE PRICE! I thought for sure it had to be a mistake, but she sent the installer out to do a free Measurement and Estimate, only to find out that my measures had been a little big and the price would actually be LESS! Needless to say I had Holton Carpet Outlet replace my Carpet, and I will be going back to have my Kitchen flooring replaced too! Seeing as how they do not only carry Carpet but also Vinyl, Tile, Laminate and Hardwood!!! All at the same amazingly low prices! I would definitely recommend this Family Owned and Operated business to anybody and everybody!
