I came up from Bradenton yesterday because I read about the great burgers at your restaurant. I was amazed that when the burger was served, it was in a tiny paper basket that was hardly big enough to hold the burger. All the while I was eating, I was trying to hold it over the basket so the juices, excess mustard,etc. would not drip all over the bar (whidh was a big distraction from enjoying the burger}. I would have much preferred at least a paper plate!,
