We recently moved to the area and picked Midwest Dental based on our insurance provider website. Next time we will know better.

In the year we have lived here, they have changed Dentists twice already. In May, my son visited for a regular check up/cleaning. About 2 teeth into the cleaning (he's 3) he decided he had enough. 4 months later we get a bill for $75. When we contact our insurance they say it's because of the way they coded the visit and they must have made an error, but when we contact the dental office they say because they only cleaned 2 teeth and not all of them they coded it as an under 3 visit (not covered by insurance). When asked for the difference between cleaning some and not all, the lady said "would you rather have us traumatize your child and clean all his teeth just so your insurance would cover it?".

Not only are they rude, insulting and classless, but they clearly don't understand how to bill simple cleaning procedures. We will go elsewhere.
