So far, so good. No heavy sales pitches, quick thorough exam and estimate. I fired the last service because they thought it was fair to raise their prices every time the gas prices went up. When he didn't lower the prices to match lower gas prices, he got the boot.

Quick to leave estimate, and everything quoted up front...no surprises. They never call to "upsell" - very easy to deal with. Professional service that I would recommend.

I had lawn service with a franchise in Ayer MA in 2007. I paid in full for all of my services. I received 2 services of a 5 service program. I did not receive my lime, grub preventative and core aeration. When I called to find out about the balance of my services I was surprised to learn that they were no longer in business. I have attempted to get resolution from the franchisor in New Jersey but to no avail. I lost approximately $475. If you are looking for a lawn service this would not be one that I would ever choose again!!!!

Extremely professional, came out to the house quickly. Identified problems and put together a nice program just for me. I did not feel any high pressure sales pitch like some other companies. Lawn Doctor was a refreshing experience.
