(Canadian) The price off season is very good Very close to beach--- about 100 feet Room dated---older building?nothing fancy---clean Parking tight ?but will do If you like to eat out ?. Find anything you like within of a mile Great broadwalk Plenty of pubs on the beach Great night life up to midnight Grocery stores within 10 to 15 minutes Lady that runs the place will help you in anything you need Take your walking shoes (no two pairs) The owner --- can tell you stores on how to become successful No I do not have anything to do with the business
