I have used the guys from The Movers Group two times to move my business studio. I can't speak highly enough of them. They were professional, courteous, and they know what they are doing!!! They were very careful with all my stuff. They were thorough and I will use them the next time I move out for sure. Compare their contract terms to any other mover. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all.

Im really happy I used Movers Group. I had a lot of antique furniture passed down to me from my grandparents and I didnt want to do it myself but I also didnt quite know who to trust with all of my prized possessions. When the movers came to the house they put mats on the floor so the wood wouldnt get scratched, they wrapped, packed and crated all of my antiques with extra care knowing how much they meant to me. Everything was deliverd in one piece, nothing damaged or lost. I cant explain how happy I am with everything they did for me.

We had a great experience with The Movers Group. We used them to move all of my boyfriend's stuff from his apartment into our new condo about 15 days ago. They arrived right on time (actually, 15 min. early), and were extremely efficient and professional throughout. They finished the move in about 3 hours, and my boyfriend has a lot of heavy furniture. All three guys were really friendly, and they kept asking us where we wanted them to put things (instead of just dropping them wherever). Overall, they were great. We highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome. I highly recommend these guys to anyone... I could not have asked for a better moving experience. We had two walk-up conditions (we were moving out of a second floor unit and moving into a fourth floor unit, no elevators) and we were only having movers move our furniture and really heavy stuff like boxes of books, etc. It was a pretty labor intensive move, but we did not hear a single complaint and these guys were fast, friendly, and fabulous. They were incredibly careful with our antique furniture and disassembled and reassembled our bed. Don't even give it a second thought... just call these guys.

I was pretty much going down sifting reviews on the net I called The Movers Group but got no answer. Charles called me right back as I was dialing another. He quoted me for a job with 3 of his guys vs. other companies who only would have 2 to move me out of my studio. They also have a really cool way of how they hold your boxes up the stairs. Only bad thing they showed up an hour early. I know myself nor my friends could ever do the same. I would have spent more time, $$, been frustrated, stressed, if I didn't took the services from The Movers Group. The guys were great and finished in 2 1/2 hours! My word!! We booked the move in early March, and it did not occur to me until the week before the date-- We had booked IRISH movers at 8am, March 18th. I called the day before to confirm, and they laughed at me. No worries-the fellas who were going to be celebrating St. Pat's were not the ones who were working the following morning. Lo and behold someone recommended The Movers Group and it was to believe that the guys were there on time, as promised. They were super fast, helped us remove and rehang the doors, hauled out a couch that was taking up space and got it done in less than the time quoted. Very happy with the service, efficiency, friendliness and care they took with my stuff. I would recommend them to anyone and smile when I see their trucks around town.

We had to move at the end of April across the city and called The Movers Group. They arrived on time, were friendly and cheerful, and endlessly patient as we figured out how to get my furniture into my new apartment (with a tricky security gate). Nothing was broken or scratched and the move felt like it took no time at all. The cost was reasonable and WELL WORTH IT.

Amazing movers! Super friendly, and they were extremely fast. Two weeks ago I was moving out from my apartment in the Richmond to a place in Twin Peaks. They arrived early, were friendly, and went straight to work. It was my first time using movers so I felt a little awkward just sitting there watching them take boxes and pack things. They barely took an hour; things were taped up, padded and packed into their truck. And it took just under another hour to unload. I was surprised by their speed. They made my day, and the move very efficient. Just a few short days later I got a nice thank you card, and a courtesy phone call. They were great in every way and I've already recommended them to friends.

I was a little nervous about hiring a moving company to move me within my city. But when I contacted The Movers Group, my fears were put to rest. Very easy to talk to, she sent me an estimate within a few minutes of our phone call. I received a confirmation email a few days before the move. One hour before the move, I received a phone call telling me they were on their way. Tim, Chris, and Bob showed up on time and were the sweetest, most professional, hard working guys. I felt like I was in good hands. Within a few minutes they started loading up the truck and within an hour, my small apt. was loaded up. The entire move was finished within 2 hours. I couldn't believe it! It was just the easiest move ever and these guys were just a pleasure to work with and super-polite. I highly, highly recommend them. I'll never move myself (or beg my friends to help me!) again. One more thing: I was only supposed to have two movers, but an extra person showed up free of charge.

I was very happy with Movers Group and the service they provided, their rep Nathan was great and the guys that did the move performed quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Movers group to my friends and family.

Movers Group has got to be my favorite moving experience, hands down, and I've done it all: cross-country, in-town, up and down the peninsula, you name it. I've used Fred and Henry for at least three different moves, and each time I'm surprised when they've finished up way ahead of schedule and with only the two of them to move my over-loaded boxes in and out of some really tight spaces. Don't be put off if Fred gives you a call and sounds gruff or dismissive. He's quite possibly the friendliest guy around when he shows up in person, and believe me, he will be punctual. Add Henry and in you've got two super-hard-working, friendly, happy dudes. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Got2Move - they take the pain out of moving, one of life's truly terrible chores. I must sound like a paid shill, but, I'm not!
