In February 2012, I hired this company to remodel my kitchen and master room lavatory. The agent miscalculated the order about three consecutive times, each time asking for more money. They installed the granite in my kitchen counter with rust stains. The so called technician, installed the dishwasher with the old drain hose, (Had no idea that the new hose was inside the new dishwasher). The joints in the kitchen bottom counters had to be re-aligned because the joints were off line. The kitchen faucet was left loose. The roller for the trash basket was never installed. The End Panels for the cabinets were not installed because we suppose to order them. (No one told us to do so.) The owner of the company promised to help us with the panels. After over a year and several calls to Him, all I get is the run around, but no help. Now I have those ugly holes at the ends of the kitchen cabinets. Total charge for the job? $11,400.00. In my opinion they don't deserve the 1 star rating.
