Long time writing this review due to PC problems, but during the recent winter's ice storms we had a problem with our HVAC. Called in the morning and they arrived that afternoon. Problem was diagnosed and part ordered that same afternoon. Unfortunately for us this was a Friday afternoon and the part would not be available until Monday from the supplier. Robert saved the day and weekend by hooking up a temporary fix so we had heat. Part installed promptly the beginning of the week and everything has been fine since. I am totally pleased with the quick service and professional manner in which everything was handled. Miller Heating is aces in my book.
My heat decided to go out on me the night it went down to 19 degrees. I called Miller Heating and Cooling because they referred to my by a friend. Jennifer was very patient with me on the phone, I was very nervous because i have a small child and and it was like a freezer in here. They sent Russell to me and he said he promised i would have heat that night. He got my system running again within 2 hours and thank goodness because that night it went down to 17. I would recommend them to anyone. They are professional, quick and reasonable.
