To Whom it May Concern: After being a resident for almost eight months with Gateway of Grand blanc I felt compelled to write this letter to give my honest opinion of your complex. Management at this facility is extremely un-professional. Locating a parking spot is a nightmare. The grounds sre not maintained and the price is way to high for the quality of the apartment.

they look new but its too hard to live because you can here people up of you. i mean every thing and i don't think a family can live there.
