Had a bad experience with a different HVAC tech who kept replacing parts without making 100% sure they were the problem. After spending $2100, the system still didn't work, and the guy "couldn't" figure out what was wrong. I finally asked a friend who else to use, and he referred me to Ed's. Larry, with Ed's, came out and found the problem within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and explained the issue to my wife and was very nice to her. He ended up coming out a couple days later and did the replacement work. He communicated with me through that whole process and got it fixed no problem.
