I have a Storage unit with" GIBRALTOR STORAGE ".Recently upgraded my storage to the bigger size from the smaller one . The management is charging additional money from my Debit Card as per the statement from past months . when I called them I spoke to RAY (Manager ). He told me the additional amount which is been charged we will adjust it to the next month bill . Shockingly they charged my debit card again with the same increased amount . When I called them on 718-217-8900 he did not listen to completely that what is my issue . He started the unnecessary argument and calling me " CHEAP " -which is absurd. He was using abusive language and saying do what ever you want and take anykind of action which ever "suits " you . There are lot of people like you who cannot do anything.
when I told him let me call the cops and come to your office then he became numb and speechless,then did not utter a word.

I believe the OWNER of the company should Fire him for using profanity language and for fraud charging the customer account .
I am wondering despite getting his salary as a manager or a Agent he is making money like this by fake charging and when the customer calls in for the complain he is only one to answer the calls . It seems to me he is an illiterate,arrogant and hooligan person .He does not have an etiquette to communicate with his customer.All he knows how to abuse and call his customer CHEAP . ...

I am sure you must be losing lot customer just because of his behavior.
