The YMCA Children's Center works in partnership with the Hollidaysburg Area School District and Tyrone Area School District to provide before- and after-school programs to students in kindergarten through grade six. Its after-school programs include homework assistance, music and drama classes, field trips, snacks, and arts and crafts. The center also organizes day camps that include sporting activities and museum visits for teens between the ages of 12 and 16. The YMCA Children's Center is located in Hollidaysburg, Pa., and is operated by the Hollidaysburg Area YMCA, which is a nonprofit organization that offers various youth and community development programs. The organization offers a variety of sports activities, such as football, basketball, soccer, T-ball and gymnastics.
