This was our first experience with Big Ash, and it will most certainly not be our last! Owner, Jason, and his assistant, Robbie, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious, and thorough in their completion of an inspection and cleaning of our thirty-year-old wood burning fireplace. Their competent investigation led to the discovery of some structural damage which could have potentially led to a destructive fire. Needless to say, my husband and I will soon be researching our options to correct the issue(s). Big Ash will be at the top of our list for support, information, products, and service as we move toward maximizing our safety and modernizing our existing fireplace. There are not enough words to describe how absolutely thrilled and grateful we are for Jason and Big Ash Fireplace & Stoves. Jason went so far above and beyond what was expect and frankly required of someone to fix the problem we had with our stove and chimney. You can absolutely tell that Jason loves what he does and he truly cares. He treats situations as if the problem were occurring in his own home. We will never be able to fully express how appreciative we are for this wonderful, locally owned business. We will recommend this business hands down to anyone who has or is looking to get a stove, whether it be wood or pellet.

I cant believe after waiting a month my 2500 dollar wood stove with serial number in hand I still get the wrong parts. My house is full of smoke because I had no choice after a month but to try the insolation they gave me. Its not right and they tell me they don't sell a lot of these pieces of junk, go figure. I call no one answers but I know they are open bad bad bad service. To this point they have cost me about $700 in fuel, thank god its a warm winter so far. I would not recommend this bussiness for your wood stove needs.

I rate this place 5 big stars, they have a wonderful display and the service is excellent, I've never been so pleased. I will continue to tell people I contact how curtious everyone is too. I will highly reccommend to tell everyone to stop in if they are looking for a fireplace or work to be done at there home.
