Oak Crest Manors, established in 1978, provides independent and assisted living services in west Michigan. Its communities serve elders who are independent and need some assistance. Oak Crest offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with full baths, kitchens, washers and dryers. It provides three levels of assisted living facilities that include services, such as nutritious home-cooked meals, medication administration, assistance with personal care needs, transportation to local shopping, housekeeping, laundry and linen service, utilities and a free ambulance membership. It also provides respite care to those needing short-term stays post rehabilitation and for temporary relief from care giving responsibilities. Oak Crest Manors operates branches in Kentwood, Jenison, Holland and Spring Lake, Mich.
