Was sceptical about working relationship as the opening of Holland plant is non-union and foundry is union. But have found that both facilities work very well together , the right attitude. It is with utmost pride to say that this is one GREAT business to work for... Great people in both management and labor force. NO REGRETS. In todays job market all other employers could learn from this Company.
