The communication and follow up were excellent. Every single on of our calls was returned in a timely manner. They did a great job. Compared to other homes in our price range, ours is clearly of the highest quality thanks to their superb workmanship.

I'm very happy with the whole experience. Baumann Building really went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. There was a small problem along the way and they came to us right away so that we could come up with a solution. That's great customer service.

Buamann Building was very easy to work with. Everything was very convenient. They planned meetings around our schedule. We never had to call to check on the progress, they always kept us informed. They are a great company to work with.

They made what could be a very stressful project a lot more enjoyable. I was very particular about things but they were so accommodating. Brad helped me out so much, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way I wanted.

My onsite supervisor was Brad and he was just outstanding. He was just a very nice well thought out logical person. So if I was making a decision to do something and he thought that it was wrong he always brought up in a nice way showing me a different way to do something and how you could get the same effect at a cheaper cost with my home build. They were honest with me and I was able to build some trust with them. They truly tried to keep the cost down for me and I appreciate that.
