They rip their drivers off. They have what is called a driver bond, take $25 a week out of your paycheck until you max out at $850. That bond is supposed to cover any interior and or exterior damages to the truck. If you hit a deer, not only will they keep that bond but they will take unauthorized payments out of your check to cover damages even as a company driver. The bond is supposed to cover that, not the drivers paycheck. If you run as a team expect to run from Utah to PA and back again, you will very seldom go any place else. 98 percent of their freight is live load/unload. Detention pay, good luck with that. They will start you on good miles and then it goes downhill. As a team we started with about 6000 miles a week. After 2 months, we weren't getting anymore than 3000 a week. You do a lot of sitting at shippers and recievers.
