Super 8 Holdrege

Room was foul with smell. It was late. Management would not listen to our complaint! Management was unapologetic, rude, and argumentative and offered a $5 refund. We have never made a complaint that was not taken care of in a amicable way and we do not make a habit of complaining in order to receive refunds. This is not about money at this point - it is about principle. We are compelled to review this incident on the internet and will never stay at a Super 8 property again. We expect that Super 8 management would take steps to rectify a situation like this in order that future travelers would not have to experience what we did. We are disgusted by the whole incident.
