      Allmand Bros. produces ECLIPSE solar flashing arrow board for use in road construction areas. The ECLIPSE uses dual, high-performance, self-regulating solar panels that charge heavy-duty commercial batteries to deliver quiet, efficient and dependable performance. Allmand's design engineers combine application and customer-driven design criteria into all facets of engineering. The company uses vendor partners for components of Allmand products, which include engines by Isuzu, Kubota and Caterpiller to power the Allmand portable light towers and compact loader backhoes. Allmand also produces portable lighting devices, backhoes, tractors and loaders, concrete breakers, portable heaters and generators and a variety of solar-powered arrow and message boards. Founded in 1938, Allmand Bros. manufacturing plant is located in Holdrege, Neb.
