While on vacation, our truck started acting up on I-40 near Holbrook. We completely lucked out in finding this business. They had the parts express shipped and asked us if we could leave the vehicle overnight so they could prep it, to be ready for when the parts arrived. They even drove my husband back to the hotel after he dropped off the vehicle and picked him up when it was ready. They promised it would be ready the next day between 1 and 2 pm, and we actually ended up getting a call at noon to tell us it was done. The shop was clean and the guys working there were very courteous, knowledgable and professional. We couldn't have hoped for a better "broken down car on vacation" scenario, thanks to Southwest Transmission... and our problem wasn't even a trani issue. Great business!! Highly recommend.
