Being an older person and in pain you feel very vulnerable. I completely felt at ease within minutes of talking to Dr. Suchy and he asked pointed questions about my problem without being invasive. He also listened to me which I have found to be a problem with other doctors in the past. His recommendations and plan for a resolution definitely fitted my capabilities. Both visits were very successful. I'm still under his care for now. Happy Face.

I have also had a problem that gave me a lot of pain so I had an appointment with Dr. Komnick. Again very relaxing and I felt much more comfortable when I left. I have follow ups with both Dr's and don't feel anxious at all.

Wonderful care - all the staff too. Caring, concerned, calming, very respectful. Also everyone in physical therapy has been wonderful.

Everyone was great. This was my first surgery and everyone made me feel very comfortable and confident that the procedure would be a success, which it was.

In 2018 Dr Suchy did rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder, followed up with weeks of physical therapy with Alex in the P.T. department which was hard work but enjoyed going. I was receiving short term disability through my union which created a mountain of paper work for Dr. Suchy and the office staff which was always there for me with not one complaint. Thanks to all of you!

Best decision I made when I chose Dr. Suchy as my doctor/surgeon. He has a great bedside manner and is an all around wonderful man. My total knee replacement was a great experience and if, or when, I would need my left knee done, I will go back to him. He is one doctor who you can trust with whatever surgery you need done. I also want to give a shout out to Kristina who took care of all scheduling and giving me all the information I needed to start my journey for my surgery.

I am so greatful to Dr. Komnick and the whole staff. I had never broken any bones or had surgery before ( or at least not for many, many years! ) I had never been through this whole process before, but your team made all the difference! Kind, empathetic and knowledgeable! I especially appreciate Dr. Komnick and his expertise - knew I was in great hands all along which made all the difference.

It is true that sometimes you have to wait a long time in waiting room to see Dr. Patari past your appointment time. However I was dealing with wrist pain for 3 years (tear in TFCC, missing cartilage, bone spur and arthritis)

I had gone to doctors at Barrington ortho , Core orthopedic and others besides Rush and Northwestern Hospitals. None of them could help me or have any answers besides giving me cortisone injections that did not help. They didn t seem to care that I could not use my wrist/ hand/arm without terrible pain and weakness.

I would have to quit my job that required me to use my hands. Dr. Patari was the only one that gave me hope and did surgery when I was expecting he would be like the rest and just want to give me a cortisone injection. No one mentioned any kind of surgery that he performed. I now have no pain and can fully use my wrist/ hand/ arm. I think of him and thank him everytime I can use my wrist as I could not before.
