Immanuel is a small congregation of about 300 souls located in Hodgkins, Illinois, population: 2,000. Hodgkins is a beautiful village with wonderful parks , school, library, and top notch villiage facilities, fire and police services unsurpassed in its area. Approximately 30,000 people work in its many Quarry Shopping Mall stores, auto and truck dealerships, the UPS's largest package transfer facility in the world, the International's Mid-West Baking facility for Wonder Bread, Twinkies, et. al. Hodgkins housing is approximately 1/3 new within the last 10 years. Wonderful for kids or retirees.
