trash is never picked up on day it is supposed to be. trash can is in my front yard 3 of 7 days every week waiting to see what day it will actually be collected. company always has an excuse of some kind but never apologizes or tries to get there pick ups on track. called to cancel service and they didn't even care to know why. Sad.
Poorly ran business! I am having to call weekly because my trash is never picked up on the day they tell me it is suppose to. It has become a habit that they may or may not even show. I have attempted to explain my neighborhood has rules and there is no apologies or concerns from the company. I am actively seeking another company.
