The technician lost a part during reassembly of my washer. I now have been without a working washer nearing two days. The technician acknowledges losing the part but has not returned my calls or given any information about returning to correct the issue. We are a family of five and this has been a huge inconvenience for us. Not to mention the frustration of the technician's negligence.
