Provided by YP.comI hired Mid Ohio Tree Service to bring down a dead 85' to 90' oak tree. Just cut down the tree, no cleanup. I have dropped trees before, but this was too close to the driveway & too large for me. Scheduled it for last Friday as I had help coming to cleanup on Saturday. I got home on Friday & most of the tree was down. I say most because there is still 5 feet standing. 5 feet & maybe 800+ pounds of tree still standing 6 feet off my driveway. It was a BIG tree. I called Mid Ohio Tree Service on Friday evening & left a message.
It's now Monday , 5pm and still no response.
tell us how the business could have made your experience better:
Cut the rest of the tree down. Previously, when I had trees dropped, the norm was ground level to 6" unless otherwise requested. Not 5 feet.
Is this what would have been left if I lived in New Albany, Dublin, Upper Arlington? I don't think so.
I'm sure Mid Ohio Tree Service cashed the entire check. Shouldn't I expect the entire tree to be cut down?
