Established in 1963, The Hockessin Montessori School educates students in kindergarten through the eighth grade. The school offers a range of programs, such as middle school courses and enrichment programs. Located in Hockessin, Del., its curriculum includes physical education, social sciences, writing, mathematics, life science and biological sciences. The Hockessin Montessori School provides summer camps and various athletic activities to its students. It has accreditation with the American Montessori Society (AMS) and The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary Schools.
