I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the customer service at Mimosa Digital. The man that works the counter(he could possibly be the owner) was SO condescending towards me, on numerous occasions. The first time I worked with him I chalked it up to him having a bad day and gave him the benefit of the doubt. But I had to have numerous conversations with him, and each time he was more arrogant and rude -- I was the customer, what happened to treating the customer with respect?? And for the amount of bragging he did about their high end equipment and how much it cost (I'm assuming to justify his prices) my final product came out mediocre at best. I would not recommend Mimosa Digital if you can find another place to do the same work....the other place will probably be cheaper anyway!
