My boyfriend sent flowers for my bday which weren't that great/beautiful, I didn't call the company figuring it was a 1 time thing. He used All Occasion Florist Hoboken again for Valentine's-they sent dying,wilted,broken flowers,that were poorly arranged. Everyone at work noticed& commented :(. He spent about $100. I called them &they seemed apologetic &said they would send a replacement, which they didn't do by the end of the day. I called the next day &asked for a refund, which they did, after the manager said with an attitude "they weren't up to my par". They wouldn't be up to ANYONE'S par! They looked like they had been dying for a week already (a client of mine said). Then the manager called me hours later &said is it ok to come pick up the flowers, which totally ruined my Valentines. In my opinion a good business would have let me have the less than stellar(awful)flowers &credited us if they ever wanted us to spread kind words on how they tried to make it right and use them again
