This company has no insurance. So therefore if something happens while they are in your house. You are responsible. The installers can not pass a drug test.

We had laminate flooring installed in our kitchen and carpet throughout the house. The laminate at the seam is separating and is so bad we are tripping over it. Every single room, hallway and staircase has carpet that needs to be restretched. The carpet isn't even four years old! They came out and agreed that the kitchen floor and the carpet throughout looked terrible and was going to fix it for free. They promised time and time again to come out and we never saw them. We called the owner and that was a waste of time. Do not bother doing business with this company. Also, when we purchased the carpet they did not measure the house correctly so they quoted one price for the carpet and then ended up charging us and extra $350 because they made the error.
Promises the best price, but the vinyl was poorly installed, and had to be replaced. We ultimately paid the same as we would have with the national home improvement company. He makes a selling points that he uses and knows his installers for years, but distances himself if customer is not satisfied with the work. Our installation dragged out over 7 months. He doesn't follow through on promises, neither does his installers. I've given up. The second installer did a good job, just didn't finish some last details and never came back, though he promised numerous times. I've since paid a handy man to finish what they couldn't.
