The Bad: Food freshness and quality is middle of the road (not good but not bad)

Worst customer service ever! Rude chef! Do not subject yourself to such blatant abuse! Find a place where the chef doesn't yell at the patrons.

first time and last time.

the waiters were spilling drinks and we had a bunch of orders messed up. 2 people from the other party ended up leaving before their food was even given to them, and we waited about an hour to eat. we had a lady hovering over us and completely in our way of eating our meal. i wouldn't recommend.. sorry.

I have been to this place a few times before and everything was fine. this time came in and ordered food and then sat to wait for my to go order and during this time I saw a roach crawling on the wall! that really made me leave this placr. that was very disgusting

The food was just OK, but cheap. The hibachi service was entertaining, but nothing special. The ad and sign on the window calls you to come in because they serve dinner at lunchtime prices. So what would you expect? Everything is just average. It looks pretty run down, but clean. And the air conditioning needs an upgrade. It is hot in there, especially when the hibachi burner is on.

My family and there friends went to Hai Hai on New Year's Eve. They had a 7.00 special all day, which was the first plus. The chef put on a spectacular show for us and he got us really involved by throwing rice in the air and having us trying to catch it in our mouths. Everyone loved the food and they gave us so much we had food to take home. We will definitely be back soon!!local favorite, or highly recommended because

New Japanese resturant for the area. Stopped by this past weekend and was pleasently surprised. Very nice and clean on the inside. Service was still a little rusty but figured it was still new and the kinks would get worked out.
