Shippee Auto started out as Shippee Foreign Auto on Rte.142 in Vernon, VT in the summer of 1995 with a 2 bay shop. Our customer base grew rapidly. In January 1998 we moved to 7 Susan Drive in Hinsdale, NH. Our name changed to Shippee Auto, Inc. and or shop size increased to 5 bays (4 with lifts, 1 with a computerized alignment machine), a waiting room, and a parts room. During the summer of 2005 we constructed our current facility located at 753 Brattleboro Rd. We moved in to our new facility on November 1st 2005. We now have 6 bays to better serve our customers. We are constantly updating equipment and training to keep up with the changes in auto technology. Our main goal at Shippee Auto is to satisfy our customers with the highest quality repairs and service. We do this to make traveling a worry & hassle free experience. We believe that communication is very important. We want our customers to understand what repairs or services are needed and why. Our business is built around the premise that our goals will be achieved by providing quality work, an excellent warranty, and most importantly treating our customers and staff with respect and courtesy. We are a Bosch Service Center; an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) recognized business, a member of ASA (Automotive Service Association), and an AAA (American Automobile Association) Approved Repair Facility. At Shippee Auto we are advocates of preventative maintenance and proper repairs. We have always offered free courtesy checks with the belief that our customers should always be aware of the condition of their vehicle in order to make informed decisions as to the proper maintenance and repairs needed now and in the future.
