Avoid as they are borderline criminal in their billing practices. They "claimed" we were not insured, which is false, so we had to pay for all of the services up front. I submitted the claims to my insurance company and they reinbursed us their portion of the charges promptly. When I approached FCI, they refused to pay me the portion of the bill they owed us, even though the EOB clearly stated the amount. In addition they charged us for services and then also billed our insurance, so when I went to submit my claims some were denied. In essence the clinic was double billing. They also started adding charges to our account after we left the office, stating that they were "mistakes." While we have gotten pregnant with them, I would not recommend anyone to use them.
