Scott and Gary, Service Managers, built their expertise over years, and are knowledgeable about cars and what it takes to make them right. Even if you are not describing the problem with your car very well, they figure it out. They freely give advice and do a great job ensuring your car is taken care of the first time. Tod (a Ferrari Master Tech) and Mark worked on my cars. I like their analytical approach, one example is analysis of a problem on my 355, which resulted in a technical paper distributed within FNA. Their flexibility to meet customers needs is incredible Ive seen them working at all hours. I had three timing belt services on two different cars done there as well as some other difficult work. I trust them completely with my cars. The depth of talent of all the Technicians is amazing. They are simply the best. Everyone is meticulous, which is why the cars run so well when they are finished. They have a passion for working on cars. Michael

The service there is always reliable, timely, and most of all honest!!! They never suggest unnecessary services and even recommend reasonable cost-saving measures despite a clientelle that often can afford to blindly spend money. Scott is able to solve Maserati problems other places can't!

I have had multiple service visits with Continental and I would highly recommend them. In each of my interactions with them they have continued to exceed my expectations. I have primarily worked with their Service Manager Scott W. who is awesome. These guys know Ferraris inside and out, and they always seem to go the extra mile to provide a positive customer experience which makes all the difference. They are also heavily involved in the local FCA club which is typically a good sign. In summary these guys are the real deal and I would highly recommend them.

I have been doing business with Continental Auto Sports for 17 years. Each and every sales and service interaction has been marked by the highest degree of professionalism. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and, I believe, very fairly. Owning a Ferrari is not like a Chevrolet; service can require a longer period of time while parts are ordered. However, my cars have always receive prompt (if not immediate) attention. I have even brought my other cars to them for service when appropriate due to the high level of trust.
