This company is a joke, the owner Kayla Spicer(xkx spicer on fb) is rude and harassed me on fb when I gave a review on there. I wasted my money and my time. She is now with COASTAL CLEANING which is what I used and she gave me a list of experience about this company and how she sold it. I wish I would've read these reviews first. She's slow and soooo rude when you make suggestions or requests. Please becareful and avoid coastal cleaning because her and all her dust bunnies employees are with them
I can tell y'all from personal experience do not hire the dust bunnies. The owner Kay is very rude and unprofessional. I had asked her about a move out clean and she was going to charge me more than Balfour Beatty would for a move out clean! Then when I told someone on Facebook not to use her because of this reason she texted me and called me a b*tch! Like seriously?! I also have heard from some of her employees that Kay talks sh*t about the families the entire time she cleans their house. She also talks mad sh*t about all of the other families that she cleans for. She also did a horrible job when she cleaned my house. She scrubbed a bunch of paint off the walls trying to get them clean and she also "folded" my laundry. She did such a bad job that they would've been better off left on the floor. Do not use this company at all. One star is way more than they deserve.

One star is too much for this company. To make a long story short I was lied to and treated like an idiot by the owner, Kay. She even told me in a text message (which I took a picture of for proof) that I was "an impossible b@$?! to please". Yes the owner of this so-called business called me a nasty name. I never stepped out of line or was rude to her I just let her know I was not satisfied with the services they provided. They cleaned my home after I had moved out and back to Pennsylvania and so I had my friends keeping an eye on my home during the process. They sent me a few photos and let dust bunnies know of some things they noticed that needed re-cleaned. When they came back simply to humor my friends they brought generic baby wipes to clean my house. I paid these people a lot of money to do a move out deep clean on my home and was under the impression they knew what needed to be done. This is such a long story I could go on and on but after Kay had called me profanities, told me my friends were the issue, told me my house was immaculate and I'd pass my inspection and to never contact her again...I did NOT pass my inspection by Holtzman real estate company so my tenants could not move in until everything was re-cleaned. I had to have my property manager contact Kay from dust bunnies because she would not speak to me and my property manager showed her all of the pictures and list of why I did not pass inspection. Kay lied to my property manager and told her its because they were not finished cleaning my house yet. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a "business". The cleaning service was awful, the customer service was terrible, and the people who run the business (specifically Kay) are the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I can never imagine a business owner calling paying customers profanities. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT hire these people. It will be a headache and frustration beyond words.
First off I laugh at the three post under me ALL written on 9/22/12. Those post were probably only posted because I raised heck with this company and that's when it happened. I had hired them to come out to my house in savannah because I was moving back to fort Stewart. I had my move planned around when they could show up and that day I was suppose to turn in my keys. I tried contacting them the night before to confirm my appointment, couldn't get ahold of them. Tried contacting them again the following day and nothing. Did they show up? Nope I wasn't able to get ahold of the women for a couple is days and the only reason why I was able to get ahold of her is because my friend posted on the Stewart Facebook pages asking if there is another company I can use to help me out because I needed someone out that day. She emailed my friend being completely rude. Apparently she thought my friend was me. I called her up about the situation calling her out on how childish it was for her to email someone saying the things she did to my friend. Lol if she would have showed up to my house my friend was going to hire her as well. I can go on and on about this women on what was said on the phone but I can tell you she is not a business woman at all! She acts like a child! She will try to put the blame on other made up workers! She tried telling me she has never once had someone say anything bad about her company. I quickly informed her of this page and the two bad reviews which she had no clue about, that is why you see the three reviews on the same day lol. After talking to many others it has came to my attention she has flaked on many families. She will do a horrible job and you won't pass inspection! One family even tried to get their money back and she told them if they don't bad mouth her company she will pay them back, did she? No! I am shocked she is still in business trucking along! I am going to JAG this week and I will bring this company up with them about getting them black listed. I'd hate to see other families go through this women as I know moving and being in the military is stressful enough. Please beware of her low low prices, only hire her if you are looking for a "company" to flake on you!
I am an army wife in Fort Stewart GA. Cleaning isnt my thing. The dust bunnies dont make me feel embarassed over my messy home when they come, they just clean it! the girls talk to me, play with my kids, and i even became friends with a couple of the ladies that come to clean my home once a month. The girls working there are army wives, some with kids, who understand its so hard to keep up!!! I love these ladies, coming in their scrubs, always happy, always taking their time, asking me to check every room to check their work! they are great! they clean my 4 bed 2 bath house for $55 and spend at least 4 hours here! They really put their time and hearts into their work. My husband got hurt a few months ago, and Kay and Macy came to my house while we were in the hospital to clean. I came home and they had washed, folded, and put away all of my laundry that had been building up! They washed all our beds, and put together the special bed(that came in peices to or door)for my husband to sleep in while he couldnt climb stairs. They didnt charge me that week either. Said they wanted to give me a free cleaning for being a loyal customer! It was great! They really stole my hearts as a company that day. Not only cleaning but laundry, and steam cleaning, and assembling beds, and doing it for free no less! These ladies are life savers! And real people that car about the job they do! I would like to tell everyone that i guaruntee myself your experience with them!
These people are the greatestttt! They have a professional look! I called them in the middle of the night, thinking i could clean my own house for a on post move out inspection... NOPE i was way too tired! 2 ladies showed up at 12 am and cleaned my house for my final inspection the next day! I passed with flying colors and refer them to all my friends! They now clean my house twice a month off post and my wife loves them. the ladies are nice, and they provide everything for the clean and dont make you feel uncomfortable like you need to leave! we have been pleased always. they come day or night and will help you in a bind. I referred friends so now i get free housecleaning all over the place! we wouldnt use anyone else! the owner is nice and understand if we need to reschedule and gives us discounts wherever she sees fit, she really works with us on price! Definately refer your friends people!
i have had the Dust Bunnies cleaning my home for 12 months now. I pay upfront and they are always on time and come with their own supplies and are courteous! I love them. I see above Kay is mentioned. Kay has been cleaning my home with a few other girls for over a year. I love 45 minutes from their location and they still come on time every time. I know they fire empoyees fast and quick, anytime there is a complaint or issue. I know these girls and love them like friends, always seeing them once a week, every month. I even get gft certificates once a month to give to friends! My family is military and we appreciate anyone, especially the Dust Bunnies, who go above and beyond to help our family!
So I paid in advanced for 2 WKS. Its now been a mth and I have called the everyday. I have left messages,emailed and NO ONE has contacted me bak. The main issue is dat i paid my money and i got NO SERVICE!!!
So kay was supposed to be her today at 10am. It is now 1pm and she still hasn't shown. I got a call around 1030 and was told that there was car trouble; Kay would be here by noon and I would be getting updates in the time between. No one called & no one answered the phone when I called. I finally got thru a few minutes ago and I believe it was Kay that answered. When I said my name she hung up & wouldn't pick up the phone after several more attempts to call. I am so disappointed & disgusted by the lack of courtesy & professionalism. I had a few important things I needed to do today & was not able to because of all this immature jerking around. Save you money for another service. This one has A LOT of growing up to do.
