I had no idea what Advocare was until Christi gave me samples of Spark. I lived on Red Bull, and doubted there was anything I could drink that gave me the boost I needed to get through the day. After a couple days using the Spark I tried Slam. I was hooked. I saved money with Advocare instead of buying Red Bull, and I learned how to eat properly. I've completed 3 24 day challenges since that time and my whole family now drinks Spark and Rehydrate in the mornings now! So...My journey is not a weight loss journey, but rather a health journey. I have been beaten down both physically and emotionally through years of illness and injury.
